"This material had a profound impact on me."

As a woman, I’ve often wrestled with questions about God and His love for women: Are women cursed in the Bible? Are we as valued as men? What is my role in God’s story? Chelsey offered a perspective I had never encountered before, one that deeply resonated with me. I finished feeling seen, valued, and loved by a God who intentionally crafted me as a woman.

- Amy O.

"I would recommend this to every woman I know."

This study helped me learn about myself as a woman, both physically and spiritually—and how these two parts of me can actually exist in harmony. My spiritual walk is bolstered, and I have a more solid understanding of how my body works - hormones and all! I only wish I had daughters to pass this material on to them!

  • You’re tired of treating your body like a problem to fix or control, and you’re longing for a more redemptive, compassionate way to relate to your flesh
  • You carry shame from messaging that taught you to hide or fear your body, and you’re seeking a healing, positive vision of your flesh
  • You’re wary of secular wellness movements but crave a Christ-centered, holistic approach to understanding your body as good, purposeful, and designed by God
  • You desire deeper intimacy with God but struggle to integrate your faith with your embodied experiences
  • You tend to resist your body’s rhythms, trying to force yourself into productivity models that leave you burned out and disconnected

How CycleStudies Work

CycleStudies are devotional journeys designed to align with the rhythm of your unique cycle, helping you deepen your relationship with God, yourself, and others. Here’s how they work:

step one: Begin at Any Point in Your Cycle

Start the CycleStudy at any phase of your cycle—there’s no “right” time to begin.

Each CycleStudy is divided into four lessons. You can either…

  • Do one lesson per week. This option is recommended if you’re doing your CycleStudy in a group.
  • Complete all four lessons at once as a mini-retreat experience at the start of your cycle.

Each lesson includes:

  • Scriptural and theological Insights that help you see your female body as a place to encounter God.
  • Embodiment Practices to deepen your awareness of how each phase of your cycle impacts your heart, mind, and body.
  • Reflective Questions to map out your unique cyclical patterns and emotions.

Each lesson is paired with a short video that unpacks the content further, offering guidance and encouragement as you journey through the CycleStudy. This is particularly helpful if you’re doing your CycleStudy in a small group.

As you move through each lesson, you’ll begin to notice patterns in the ways you feel, think, and show up in the world. Use the provided journaling prompts and reflection exercises to:

  • Map Your Unique Cycle — Gain insight into how your cyclical rhythm affects your mind, body, and soul.
  • Embrace Your Inner Seasons — Learn to honor your phases of creativity, rest, and renewal.

By the end of the CycleStudy, you’ll have developed a detailed, personalized map of your cyclical experience and a redemptive vision of your body. You’ll discover how to meet God in the wisdom of your body’s rhythms and enter into them as an embodied liturgy.

"I LOVED this study. It helped me connect with my body in ways I never knew possible. It also helped me understand my embodied experiences considering the life, death, and resurrection of Christ. Who knew that was possible??!!! This was truly life-changing for me. Thank you so much for creating this."

- Faith H.

"I walked away full of hope and freedom and I know other women will too!"

It's so easy for us to see our bodies and the things that make us uniquely female as burdens and limitations, frustrations that keep us from the full work God has for us. This will material will help you to reimagine those things through kingdom eyes as places God actually longs to reveal Himself to you and care for you as a daughter made fully in his image.

- abbey g.

"This made me feel seen by our loving God who created my female body on purpose and for a purpose."

I was crying as I was taught this life and death cycle that happens every month is not something to deal with or hide or push through, but to be embraced as a part of my personal spiritual practices, healthy rhythms of work and rest. It's a gift, not a curse."
